Dr Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum and Ming Tomb are next to each other, Dr Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum is Free to public now and 70 Yuan/ticket for Ming Tomb.

When you finish the tour of Dr Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum you can take a "tour train" to Ming Tomb, it charges 5RMB/ticket, and after Ming Tomb you can take the tour train to Linggu Pagoda, another 5RMB/ticket.

These three attractions usually will need 3-4 hours to go, and a lot of energy, so if you don`t have plenty of time or you are nor strong enough, maybe you should choose 1 or 2 places to go.

One more tips, the tour train have three routes, one is from Dr Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum to Ming Tomb, Ming Tomb to Linggu Pagoda, and Linggu Pagoda to Dr Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum, so make sure you take the right train though.

By the way, if you decided to take a cab home/hotel, go back to Dr Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum or Linggu Pagoda, there will be easier to catch a cab than anywhere else.
