Qinqin Like 0

Qinqin is an excellent guide who provides tours of Shanghai tailored to a wide range of interests. In Jan-11 I was in a group of 6, most of whom were very keen on shopping, and Qinqin was able to give us a lots of tips on the best bargains.

She also showed us the Old Shanghai gardens, the beautiful Jade Temple, high end fashion shopping, the markets as well as organising our visit to the stunning Charming Shanghai acrobatic show.  She will include the museum and arts centre too if this is your interest. She was extremely helpful in suggesting different options including restaurant districts and only too pleased to assist with translating and providing us with directions for other places of interest at the end of the tour.

I have no hesitation in recommending Qinqin for anyone planning a visit to Shanghai and wanting a personal experience of this brilliant city.

I was there last week with my family (including 3 children ages 9-21).  We went to Shanghai, Zhouzhuang, Hangzhou and Xixi.  Qinqin was a great help and accompanied us to Hangzhou, booking a very good mini-van service for us while we were there.  She is knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help whenever she can.  It was also important that for someone spending 7 days with the family we had someone very personable and looked after our youngest one very well.  Her food recommendations were also good.  One critical aspect was planning for the holiday through many email exchanges as well as skyping.  For a family holiday I would certainly recommend Qinqin.

We can't say enough about how wonderful it was touring with Qinqin in Shanghai.  We were there in mid-October and she was SO knowledgable and flexible.  When she learned we'd already visited a couple places that had originally been on our itinerary with her, she suggested and guided to a few different ones without a hitch.  Her English was wonderful and we saw so many more things than we ever would have be able to on our own.  She even arranged for an alternate tour guide on a different day (who was also very good) b/c she was already booked and we hadn't booked her for a second day.  At 400/yuan a day, she is an abosolute bargain.  Book her for your whole trip!

We had Qin Qin as our tour guide in Shanghai earlier this month. She is EXCELLENT. Her English is very good and she knows how to travel through Shanghai rapidly getting you wherever you need to go. She has extensive knowledge on history, current Shanghai and shopping. If you want a tailor her source is very good - price and quality. We did a day trip to see the water canals and Qin Qin knew as much about the history and town as she did Shanghai! She is fun to be with, can provide directions on how to get places once you are on your own, and is well prepared in advance. We always felt we were the most important concern Qin Qin had and would HIGHLY recommend her.
