Hi! my name is Roni. I am a young and energetic private tour guide from Dhaka, Bangladesh- a country with the longest unbroken sea beach and the biggest integrated Mangrove forest in the world. I have been working as a guide since I was in high school. I started as an assistant guide for cruise ship tourists and I have been working as a tour guide over 10 years. I am a licensed private tour guide and also specialized in Cox's Bazaar shore excursions for cruise passengers. As a tour guide I have the honor and pleasure to meet people of different nationalities traveling to Bangladesh for pleasure or on business.

I'm passionate about traveling and communicating with people from all different cultures. I am a friendly and cheerful person and tend to treat my clients as if they were my friends. I like to give interesting insights of Bangladeshi life; therefore instead of having a monologue-type observation of the cities, you will enter into friendly discussion and learn about the country through local eyes.

My clients come from all directions of the globe, however, most of them come from the US, Canada and Europe. I do walking city tours, mixed car & walking tours using my personal minivan Kia Carnival accommodating 7 persons.

Bangladesh is a country in south Asia. It is bordered by India on all sides except for small border with Burma (Myanmar) to the far southeast and by the Bay of Bengal.

Welcome to Bangladesh!!! A country very different from anything else you have ever traveled through. A land of greenery, honest and hospitable people and very safe to travel throughout. Bangladesh is still considered off the beaten track for most tourists. You may find yourself the only tourist in many of the villages and hamlets when you are traveling outside of the main cities. My tours are perfect for visitors who want a detailed overview of Bangladesh prior to exploring on their own and for people who are only here for a day or two who want to make the most of their limited time here.

I am available from 6 am - midnight daily, 7 days a week including public holidays and you can book me at short notice!

The vast majority of my walking tours are between 4 - 10 hours in length and I can also make extensive use of public transport to give you a real feel of what it is like to live in Dhaka city, the capital of Bangladesh.

Did I mention that you can specify the STARTING TIME for the tour . . . and kids under 13 are FREE OF CHARGE - I specialize in family tours with kids of all ages.

I cater to individuals and ideally groups of between 2 - 6 people (I prefer to keep it personal) and these are not your ordinary tours!  I can also customize the tours for you based on what you want to do in the time you have available, just give me the details and I will prepare your own PERSONALIZED CUSTOM TOUR and I have been known to throw in a few surprises on my tours! There is always an element of mystery to my personal walking tours and yes, I love doing family tours, kids are always welcome on my tours.

I am living in Dhaka since my childhood, I love this place, it is fabulous place to live, work and raise a family and in that time I have built up a great deal of knowledge about this vibrant city.
