Born and raised in Porto and having worked in the travel industry, I have passion and pride for my city and country. Although small, Portugal is rich in culture and tradition, boasting 14 UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Four in Porto and surrounding area; Historic Centre of Oporto, Douro Valley Wine Region, port wine itself and Guimarães - European Capital of Culture 2012.

With over 15 years experience in the travel industry working onboard a 6 star luxury cruise line and exploring the world, I understand what guests want when they are traveling. As a restaurant manager of the main dining room onboard the ship, I have an excellent palate for food and wine as well as impeccable social and service skills. As a food lover, I have tasted a variety of international food and I have to admit that Portuguese gastronomy is relatively unknown and, in my opinion, is one of the best cuisines in the world! My enthusiasm for where I live and my love for traveling have lead me to become a personal tour guide offering diverse tours of Porto and the surrounding area. I provide professional service and pay attention to the small details, giving informative and unique commentary.

You will be driven in a spacious van with all the modern comforts including INTERNET ACCESS/WIFI!
