I am Rajendra Thapa. I'm from Ganesh himal region in Nepal, which is north- west of Kathmandu (capital of Nepal). From 1998, I began working in the tourism field, as a porter. During that time I used to carry a basket filled with camping & trekking equipment. After three years of this work, I felt ready to become a guide.
I decided to become a guide to spend time working in a beautiful part of the world. In the Himalaya region I can visit traditional Nepali villages similar to the one that I come from. I can breathe the mountain air and find peace amongst nature. I also enjoy meeting people from outside of Nepal. While trekking I can learn about people from all around the world, during working in the greatest piece of land on earth.
I have been organizing treks, excursion tours and related services for last many years and thousands of tourists’ guests have enjoyed their Nepal visit with me.
