Located east of Ninh Binh province, covering almost 2000 hectares, Trang An eco-tourism complex is divided into 5 sections: a specially preserved area – Hoa Lu ancient citadel, a central area, a natural area of grottoes and caves, a tourist service area, and a holy mountain of Bai Dinh area.

The total 47 historical vestiges, hidden caves and grottoes in limestone karst, valleys, rivers and streams all together create a fanciful landscape. With hundreds of big and small statutes, numerous categories of architectural works, Bai Dinh – Trang An combined complex is one of the biggest in Vietnam and has become a must–see place for almost travelers these days.

Recognized in 1962 as National Park, Cuc Phuong is now the biggest and the most diverse Park in Vietnam with a variety of rare fauna and flora in limestone mountain forest. The Endangered Primates Rescued Centre (EPRC) in the park is an interesting place to see many kinds of rare primates such as Langur, Gibbon and Loris all over Vietnam. Many of them are under threat of extinction.

The trip also offers you an opportunity to learn about Vietnamese history by visiting the ancient citadel of Hoa Lu and see a beautiful countryside of Vietnam by a boat sampan in the Unesco Site – Trang An Ecotourism

 Day 1: Hanoi – Bai Dinh Pagoda – Trang An Ecotourism (L/D)

Depart for Bai Dinh pagoda and Trang An eco-tourism attraction (120kms south of Hanoi).

Arrive in Bai Dinh, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 Arhan statues.
