This is a wonderful hiking two days trip in Tiger Leaping Gorge, Day 1 pick up from lijiang hotel at 8:30 take 2 hours car to Qiao tou,start hiking from qiao tou take 6hours up to Tea hourse G.H over night there. So day1 is more up hill it's bit hard need bring sun hat water and put on some sun cream.Day 2 after breakfast take 4hours hiking down to the middle tiger leaping gorge ,have lunch there,if have more energy  we can  walk down to see the river about 3-4 hours after take car back to lijiang.day2 is more down hill but road is bit narrow and steep.but high trail the view is very beautiful.
