Among three interesting city Valley ; Bhaktapur is one of the cleanest and  famous for its art and culture. Every Year on Nepali New year day " BISCATE JATRA "  is celebrated  and  which is  a proof of event. This 3 days festival special celebrated in the palace area  stands around the 13th  April ( this year 2016 ).

It is a legend that a man has peaced his tongue  already few times and probably this year too!!
