Tongzhou Grand Canal Park

Tongzhou Canal Park, with a length of 4,600m, is a multifunctional place gathering recreation, education, sports, gym, and a comprehensive tourism destination. It is also a city park with the largest area in eastern Beijing.

It's said that Tongzhou has always been an important transportation hub, sea transportation, and warehousing location. As we all know, canals and sea transportation have constantly been attached importance by governments of any dynasties, so, Tongzhou has been a really important place for a long time.
