 Among Beijing's Cantonese restaurants this is one that offers best authentic cuisine. The good chef is from Hong Kong and the taste is authentic.

A simple dish, Crispy Roast Pork, has tough skin, certainly far from crispy (a must for this dish). 

The restaurant still has a very interesting wine list, but for us from Europe the Chinese red wine by Silver Heights, 2013 vintage (80% Cab/20% Merlot), is a must try! Compact, sturdy and very well balanced taste. Relaxed and elegant ambience. The baby lobster and wagyu beef were scrumptious.
