Sophistication and contemporary style meet fine dining at Grange Grill, our steak and seafood grill on the hotel’s second level. With a welcoming 1920’s style cocktail lounge and an outstanding wine collection, the restaurant makes a perfect destination for an evening on the town or a leisurely lunch with a view.

The décor is modern and comfortable, with caramel and burgundy leather arm chairs with chrome accents gathered around wood tables lit with candles. Overall, the lighting is soft and atmospheric, highlighting the natural materials and subtle textures throughout the restaurant. The sparkling lights of Beijing viewed through floor-to-ceiling windows provide a special kind of living art—unforgettable and always exciting.

Our chefs offer a selection of prime Australian beef and invite guests to select their favorite cuts and sizes, along with sauces of their choice. The ultimate surf and truf are also available. Our signature wagyu M9 tomahawk serves two generously with signature condiment. side dishes such as fine herb buttered asparagus, truffle-parmesan soft polenta, sauteed garlic broccoli plus three sauces. Other temptations include organic greens, salmon rillettes, lobster bisque ect.

At lunchtime, order a la carte or enjoy the prix fixe business lunch of two or three courses.

Named for the iconic Australian wine, Penfolds Grange, the restaurant offers the most extensive collection of Penfolds Grange in vintages available in mainland China from 1965. We also offer more than 200 other specially selected wines. Please ask the concierge about occasional wine dinners at Grange Grill, as we plan them around visits by prominent wine makers.

Grange Grill has one spacious private dining room with seating for 12 and a large window that overlooks the open kitchen.
