The Cut

The Cut is located on the 2nd floor of the Fairmont Hotel with a close up view of the multimillion dollar crystal chandelier and a front row view of the Chef’s open flame kitchen. The Cut is known for its innovative contemporary cuisine that differentiates a ‘dining experience’ from simply ‘eating a meal’.
