China Stone Sculpture Park
The China Stone Sculpture Park is a great sightseeing area that is located within the Fangshan District. It was created in 1999, covering over 100,000 square meters. Now it is the biggest stone sculpture park in Beijing. Most of the artworks here are large white marble sculptures and reliefs of exquisite style. Some are art works composed with a combination of both traditional Chinese and western styles and they reflect the essence of the Chinese and western culture.
Features: There are some Landmark Sculptures in the park, such as the Lotus Bridge, the Happy Bell Pavilion, and the Totem Pillar. Tourists can also visit a 120- meter spouting spring and an artificial lake. For visitors, the whole park is an ideal place for touring, leisure, entertainment, and an exquisite stone carving art show.
