Day 1 Drive 2 hours from LiJiang to Qiaotou, trekking alone the upper trails to Zhong Luo Yu village at 2250 meters, another 2.5 hours to '24 Bends' at 2650 meters, another 1.5 hours to 'Two Families' at 2320 meters, We will Continue to Bendiwan at 2410 meters(2 hours) Overnight half way guesthouse

Day2 Trekking From Bendiwan to the Da Shen Gou (1.5 hours from Bendiwan to Da Shen Gou at 2060 meters, another 1.5 hour to the Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge at 1700 meters, another 1.5hours back to Tina’s Guesthouse). Drive 45 minutes to Qiaotou , then drive 2 hours back to Lijiang . Overnight hotel
