I assume every cities in China have inexpensive clothes markets like this. If you are lucky, you may find good stuff with cheap price also, it only takes time and you need to have sharp eyes. 

The market  in Shanghai calls Qipu lu Market ,the pronounce of "Qipu " sounds very similar with "cheap " in English. what a coincidence.
