Jiayang Mini Steamed Train,located in Qianwei County,about half an hour's drive south of Leshan Giant Buddha,is a living fossil from the Industrial Revolution,as it is the only narrow-gauged train still running today.People built this 19 km long railway in 1959 to help the locals living in the coal mine area to transport goods.Now more and more people come here to enjoy the beautiful country view by catching this steamed train.It is the peak season during Feb and early April when all conala,peaches are blossoming.

Pick you up in your hotel in Chengdu at 7:30,and drive over 2 hours to Jiayang Coal Mine for train journey.

It takes two hours long to experience the mini steamed train,and you have time to take photographs,experience the coal tunnel,walk into their old residents area and a beautiful forest.
