Perfume Pagoda 1 Day trip

The Perfume Pagoda (Chùa Hương) is a vast complex of Buddhist temples and shrines built into the limestone Huong Tich mountains. The Perfume Pagoda one of the most important religious sites in Buddhist Vietnam. Every spring, after the Lunar New Year, thousands of Vietnamese pilgrims come here to pray for all the health and prosperity they need to get them through the year. You will glide along scenic waterways and walk up steep mountain paths visiting the pagodas and temples that were built in this area over the last centuries.

Tour Itinerary
• In the morning, after breakfast, I will come to your hotel to pick up at 8:30am. Having an interesting drive through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta to the Huong Pagoda (Perfume Pagoda), one of the most holily sites in Northern Vietnam. Huong Pagoda consists of many shrines and temples built on a limestone hillside.
• Take a small sampan through a peaceful rural landscape of flooded rice fields to get to the pagoda complex.
• Have lunch at a local restaurant.
• Join a cable car to Huong Tich cave.
• Visit Thien Tru temple before taking a small sampan back to the bus.
• At 18.00, arrive in Hanoi.
