Tour Description
Pick up from your hotel around 5:00pm. Transfer to Wangfujing Snack Street by car, then visit a Donghuamen Night Food Market(2hours). This spot is the gathering point of the young generation. With cheap drinks, a heaving dancefloor, amd bass-bumping sound system, Propaganda is a great introduction to the Beijing club scene. It has two levels that get packed every night of the week with locals, students, and foreigners. Great R&B tunes and always a crowd ready to bust a groove.
Wangfujing Snack Street:
The Wangfujing Snack Street, located in hutongs just west of the main street, is densely packed with restaurants and street food stalls. The food stalls serves a wide variety of common and exotic street food. More common fare such as Chuanr (meat kebabs, commonly made of lamb) and desserts, such as Tang hu lu or candied fruits on a stick, are among the most popular.
Donghuamen Night Food Market:
One can find a row of unusual food stalls. An array of Chinese food delicacies are on display with people bustling around to experience some new tastes. Items such as sheep's particular parts, offal soup, deep fried crickets, centipedes, silk worms, scorpions and lizards are available to eat on a stick. There are also the more widely recognised Western foods such as spring rolls, dumplings, crab cakes and candy fruit. All stalls display their food selections in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English. The food is displayed raw and can be deep fried in a large Wok upon request.
Transfer back to your hotel at 9:00pm.
