Tour Description
Day 01 Arrival at Beijing--- Private transfer
Be met by English speaking tour guide and private vehicle. Remainder of the day is at leisure. If time permit, you may walk around in your hotel area and find a nice cafe to enjoy your first night in Beijing.
Day 02 Beijing ( B L )--- Bus tour to Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, Pearl, Tea
This One Day Bus Tour will take you to three of the must see sights in China. The Forbidden City(2hours) is the best preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world.The splendid architecture of the Forbidden City represents the essence and culmination of traditional Chinese architectural accomplishment. The Temple of Heaven(1.5hours) is spectacular temple that the Emperors visited during the Ming and Qing dynasties to pray for a good harvest. Because of the Temples beauty, many locals still visit and use the site to exercise.Then visit to Pearl factory,learn chinese pearl culture (30 minutes) .
Tiananmen square:
Tiananmen Square is a large city square in the center of Beijing, China, named after the Tiananmen Gate (Gate of Heavenly Peace) located to its North, separating it from the Forbidden City. Tiananmen Square is the third largest city square in the world (440,000 m2 - 880m by 500m or 109 acres - 960 by 550 yd). It has great cultural significance as it was the site of several important events in Chinese history. Outside China, the square is best known in recent memory as the focal point of the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989, a pro-democracy movement which ended on 4 June 1989 with the declaration of martial law in Beijing by the government and the death of several hundred or possibly thousands of civilians.
Forbidden city:
The Forbidden City was the Chinese imperial palace from the Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty. It is located in the middle of Beijing, China, and now houses the Palace Museum. For almost 500 years, it served as the home of emperors and their households, as well as the ceremonial and political center of Chinese government. Built in 1406 to 1420, the complex consists of 980 buildings and covers 720,000 m2 (7,800,000 sq ft).
Temple of heaven:
The Temple of Heaven in the southern part of Beijing is China's largest existing complex of ancient sacrificial buildings. The Temple of Heaven is situated in the southern part of Beijing, about 6 Km away from the center of the city. Traditionally, this temple was for imperial use only. It was built in 1420, covering an area of 273 hectares, it is the one of the largest parks in Beijing.
Lunch at local characteristic restaurant.
The Summer Palace(2hours) is another breathtaking area that will be seen. Entering into the gates of the Summer Palace is like stepping into another world. The grandeur and beauty of the Palace is overwhelming and is sure to impress anyone. Visit the Chinese tea shopping at Dr. Tea, learn chinese tea culture (30 minutes) Groups of around ten people will be transported in an air conditioned bus and lead by a professionally trained, English-speaking tour guide. Summer Palace:
The Summer Palace has three main sections including the political active region, living section and visiting area. The serious and imperatorial Renshou Hall is the representative of the political area in Summer Palace.The palace features hundreds of architecturally distinct buildings, halls, pavilions, pagodas, bridges and corridors dispersed among magnificent and elegant gardens.
Day 03 Beijing ( B L )--- Bus tour to Great Wall at Badaling, Ming Tombs, Jade, silk
Badaling Great Wall(2hours), featured'majestic', is the best preserved section of the Great Wall provides amazing, fantastic and breath-taking vistas. Known for its completeness and imposing structures, it was an earliest part of the Great Wall open to tourists. He has developed tens of millions of tourists from both home and abroad. More than 370 foreign leaders and celebrities have visited there.Then visit the Jade Carving Artistic Center ,learn chinese jade culture (30 minutes) .
Badaling Great Wall:
Badaling Great Wall, a most famous section of the Great Wall, is located at Yanqing County in Beijing. Longqing Gorge sits at Yanqing County as well as Badaling Great Wall, so Longqing Gorge also attracts large number of tourists after Badaling Great Wall. Badaling, literally meaning "reach eight directions", got its name because the maze of its ridges stretches in all directions.

The Ming tombs(2hours) is the largest imperial tomb in the world, thirteen Ming Emperors were buried in this royal necropolis, including Empresses and many concubines, we will visit the Changling, the biggest mausoleum, was built for the Yongle Emperor, Zhu Di, and took 18 years to complete. Zhu Di was the Emperor who built the Forbidden City, Changling is surrounded by sixteen satellite tombs for Zhu Di's concubines, and the tumulus has not yet been excavated. Visit to the Chinese Silk shopping on the way back to downtown,understanding of China's silk culture (30 minutes) .
Ming Tombs:
The Ming Tombs lie in Changping County, about 50 kilometers (31 miles) northwest from the urban area of Beijing. It is actually a tomb cluster of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), including thirteen emperor's mausoleums, seven tombs for concubines and one grave for eunuchs. This cemetery is world famous because of the thirteen emperors buried here. Sitting at the foot of Mt. Yan and occupying an area of more than 120 square kilometers (29,653 acres), it appears extremely spectacular.
Day 04 Airport transfer( B )--- Private transfer
Free and leisue in the forenoon. Be picked up from your hotel and transferred to airport to connect your flight or free at your own leisure.
