I think 4 days is enough for traveling inside Harbin . I make a hypothesis itineraries in habrin , pls have a look.

The first day : Siberian tiger park , Snow Expo on Sun island, lunch time, polar Museum, ice and snow world (festival).

The second day: skiing in habrin (half day), lunch time, dragon tower , watching winter swimming , have a coffee or tea, Russian theatre with hot and sex performance

The third day : unit 731 museum , Heilongjiang history museum, lunch time , st.sophia church ,  zhongyang street , song hua river , have a coffee or tea, ice lantern festival in zhaolin park.

The forth day:  visit harbin some attraction street and shopping street and bar street

Outside harbin need at least 2 day : Go to SNOW TOWN
