The tour guide will pick you up at the specified location between 08:00 to 08:30 (the guide will inform you the location and meeting time the day before the tour) and take you on a 4-hour drive to Sanjiang.

After taking a break in the hotel and finding a lunch for yourselves, at 14:00, you will visit Dongxiang Niaochao (Dongxiang Bird’s Nest) which is now a landmark building in Sanjiang. It is a wooden structure looks like a bird’s nest, a place for Dong Minority activities. Then you will have a look at the longest wind-rain bridge in the world- Sanjiang Wind-rain Bridge. It is 368 meters long and 16 meters wide. Go through the bridge, you will see Sanjiang Drum-tower, which is the largest wooden drum-tower in the world. Covering an area of 600 square meters, the drum-tower is located on the bank of Xun River. The footstone of the building is embossed with Dong Minority activities, reflect local culture and history.

Then walk a few steps to Duoye Square-a leisure and recreational site for local people, Moon Street- a popular Dong characteristic street selling handicrafts and a stele corridor of Dong history and culture.

In the evening at 20:30, you will enjoy a live-action performance showing song and dance, custom, love and marriage of Dong people. The show ends at 21:40.

After breakfast in the hotel, at 08:00 drive 1 hour to Dong Potluck Scenic Area. This is one of the sites where the famous movie Liu Sanjie was shot. Then you will head to Chengyang Scenic Area which is 19km away from Sanjiang Country. This scenic area consists of 8 quaint villages.

At 10:30, you will enjoy a song & dance show performed by local residents. And then you will have the opportunity to look around these villages.

At 11:30, you will reach the most famous scenic spot in this area – Chengyang Wind-rain Bridge. This bridge was built in 1912 and is regarded as one of the four historical bridges of the world as well as the most famous wind-rain bridge in Guangxi. This art treasure of wooden structure has been listed as National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units.

At the end of this tour around 13:00, you will be transferred to Guilin.
