Tour Description
This tour includes the most spectacular views of Split old town and surrounding from the very best locations in the city. We will firstly walk through medieval quarter of Radunica to enjoy the view over Split from the Gripe fortress. Afterwards we will visit the Diocletian's Palace and old Split town, UNESCO world heritage sites. From the St. Domnius Tower (60 meters high) you will enjoy spectacular scenario over Diocletian's palace, old houses, Split Port and nearby islands! We will walk then to the western side of the town to enjoy the panorama of the city from the different angle and will proceed to the Saint Stephen's peak to enjoy some great sea views. At the end, we will reach the peak of medieval Veli Varos quarter to enjoy the "postcard" views of Split old town and harbour from Belvedere spot. If you are fond of great and spectacular views, you shouldn't miss this tour!
Please note: there are lot of stairs and dizzy heights (St. Domnuis Bell Tower) and lot of walking, therefore this tour is not recommended to everybody.
