Our representative will pick you up from hotel 45 Minute before balloon safari (Depend on Hotel Location) (We shall advice the exact Balloon Safari time one day before because safari timing always depend on whether condition and Balloon Safari company decide the exact time one day before – Most of time its fly early in the morning between 6-8 AM) and drive you to the launch site, Amer Fort.

On arrival at the launch site the pilot will give a safety briefing and basic orientation to the technical aspects of Hot-Air Ballooning. Tea/Coffee, cold drinks and cookies are served during the inflation of the balloon.

Floating in air over Jaipur is an indescribable experience. There is nothing on Earth that can match the excitement, serenity, beauty and amazement of flying over the colourful city of India.

The launch of hot air balloons take place at Amer where bustling sound and unwrapping of huge balloons can be seen. Within minutes the balloon gets swelled up with hot air and ready for take-off.

The unique and exciting experience of flying goes on for approximately 60 minutes (+/- 10 minutes). Bottled mineral water is available during the flight.

The hot air balloon ride is undertaken by experts and crew follows the ride from launch to landing. Certificate of first flight signed by pilot is also given to you after ride.

Our team consists of highly experienced commercial pilots from the UK, Europe and USA, along with extensively trained operational staff and technical crew.

Balloons have been sourced from the UK and Europe and globally recognised standards of safety and international operating systems and procedures have been implemented from the outset. Passengers and equipment are comprehensively insured as per global aviation norms.

After completing the balloon safari, our representative will drop you back at the hotel.

 

Some Recommendations: -

Ø  Clothing: Comfortable, preferably cotton. For ladies not comfortable in western clothing it is suggested that pls avoid Sarees and wear Salwar suits instead.

Ø  Foot wear: Flat and preferably closed front.

Ø  Eye Wear: Pls carry your goggles

Ø  Baggage on board: Please carry minimum possible as this shall cause reduced passenger space and discomfort to fellow passengers.

Ø  Medical conditions: Pls do let us know if you have any history. Strongly recommended that pregnant women should not be taking any chances and should report their status to the pilot.

Ø  Budget your time: Please keep about three hours for the safari, the same shall generally cover your transit time to and from hotel.

Ø  Tips & Gifts: Please refrain from giving any tips or gifts on the launch or landing sites as this might create mobbing like situation.
