Nanning, being the permanent host city for China-ASEAN Expo, has another beautiful name called “the Green City”. Situated on the subtropical area, Nanning is a renowned for its natural beauty and scenery with all Chinese folksongs being listened here.

D2:Nanning

Today, start your one day city tour with a visit to Mt. Qingxiu, which been called the "Green Lungs" of the city. Then ,We proceed to Guangxi Museum of Nationalities, and have a stroll at Nanhu Lake.

Guangxi Museum of Nationalities: Guangxi Museum of Nationalities is located in the Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area near the Yongjiang River. The Museum is themed on the minority cultures of Guangxi and it shows how 12 native ethnic groups live harmoniously.

Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area: Mt. Qingxiu lies 5 kilometers away from the southeast of the city of Nanning, where ridges and peaks are rising and falling, magnificent, beautiful and forceful, with woods verdant, old banyan trees towering into the sky.

South Lake Park: South Lake Park is located southeast of the urban area and it is a combination of water landscape and sub-tropical garden scenery. The 930,000 square meters South Lake is bright and clean as a mirror. People have grown plants and built pavilions around the Lake and it has gradually become a beautiful and popular place for locals. The park was officially opened in 1972 and has many species of tropical flowers and trees as its main features.

D3:Nanning

Today, you will take a short driving toYangmei Ancient Town, which only 40 km away from downtown. After the tour, be transferred back to downtown.

Yangmei Ancient Town in Nanning was built for more than one thousand years. You can know the story of this place form those aged architectures spread here. The well-preserved buildings such as the ancient street, lane, temple, house and pagoda, and beacon tower, all of them are standing there quietly but not unattractively. The smell of the old time spread over the Yangmei Ancient Town.

D4:Nanning vJinxiv Detian      

In the morning, you will take about 4hours driving to Tongling Grand Canyon, 220 km away from downtown. Walk in this canyon, you will feel so peaceful inside. For about 3hours stroll, you will then be transferred to Detian County for overnight stay.

Accommodation: In Detian

Tongling Grand Canyon, which locates in Jinxi County, just like the East African Rift Valley, is a beautiful scar of the earth. This canyon is nearly totally enclosed, with the length of about 1000 meters.

D5:Detian vNanning                                                                                                                     

Today, you will take a trip to the famous international waterfall – Detian Waterfall. After 2.5hours relaxing visit, be transferred back to Nanning.

Accommodation: In Nanning

Detian Waterfall, the 2nd biggest international waterfall which connected China and Vietnam. The widest is over 200 meters and has a drop of more than 70 meters.

D6: (Departure Day)

Departure Nanning

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to next destination.
