Day 1 Lijiang---the First Bend of the Yangt-Ze River (Shigu town)---Liming 

Night in Liming

From Lijiang City, we will drive about three hours to Liming,  visiting the Shigu Township and the First Bend of the Yangtze River along the way,during the drive,we will able to see many scenic villages and fields.

Day 2 Liming---Judian---Tacheng---Qizhong 

Night in guesthouse by the Yangtze River

In the early morning we will spend about three hours hiking to Thousand Tortoies Mountain, from the top you will have a incredible views of the valleys, mountains and villages. After hiking, we will drive about three hours to the Qizhong town area, visit the oldest Bridge and the Stone Gate on the Yangt-Ze river.

Day 3 Qizhong---Wai Tacheng---Damo temple  

Night in Tacheng Hotel

we will hike about 5~6hours to visit Damo Temple.

Day 4 Wai Tacheng---Weixi---Yezhi township   

Night in Yezhi

From Wai Tacheng we will drive about five hours to Yezhi township in Weixi courty, on the way we will follow one of biggest branch of Yangt-ze River . we will have lunch in the small city and then continue drive about three hours to Yezhi where by the Lancang River.

Day 5 From Yezhi do one day hiking trip to Tongle Lisu village

Night in Yezhi

After breakfast we will drive from Yezhi 20 minutes then hike about 2~3hours to Tongle Lisu village where we will have simple lunch. Then we will hike another 2~3hours back to Yezhi on another trail. On the way down you can view Lancang River, villages,mountains.

Day 6 Yezhi---Badi----Cizhong village in Deqin   

Night in guesthouse

From Yezhi we will drive about three hours to Cizhong village, passing the Lancang river, gorges, mountains, and villages. we will check into the guesthouse, then visit the local Catholic Church and meet people who will tell us about the history of the church, the local school and the village. In the evening we will have fun with the people in village.

Day 7 Cizhong village----Yanmen---Deqin---Feilai Temple

In the morning,the local people will teach us  how to plant the grapes and make  Wine. After lunch we will drive about three hours to Feilai Temple, following the Lancang River, and passing many mountains and villages.From the Feilai Temple we will watch the sun set down behind of Meili Snow Mountain.

Day 8 Feilai temple---Baimang Snow mountain---Benzi Lai ---Shangri-La    

Night in Shangri-La

In the early morning, we can watch the sunrise over the mountains, then we will drive about 5~6hours back to Shangri-La. On the way stop on the Baimang Snow Mountain, Nixi pottery village. have lunch in Benzi Lan.

Day 9 Shangri-La---Tiger Leaping Gorge----Lijiang  

Night in Lijiang

In the morning we will walk around the old town of Shangri-La and visit Songzan Lin Temple. Then we will go back to Lijiang,  visiting the Tiger Leaping Gorge and view the First Bend of Yangt-Ze River on the way.
