This winter tour will show you a little bit of everything. Slovak culture, beautiful skiing slopes, a breathtaking view from the the top of Velka Raca, where you have Slovakia and Poland on the back of your hand and relax in the world-class aquatic centre.

Day 1

Welcome to Vienna We'll pick you up from your hotel and then take you on a walking tour through Vienna's higlights such as Stephansplatz, Opera House, City Town Hall and taste the 640-year rule of the Habsburg Empire. While walking in the city centre we'll stop to savor every chocoholic's dream: Viennese Sacher Torte. Later in the afternoon we will move just across the border to Slovakia, where we will take we will take a tour of its capital Bratislava in the famous old-timer train and see all the highlights of this beautiful city. After an enjoyable day we will move to Oscadnica, where we will stay for the rest of the week.

Day 2

We will spend the whole day skiing at Velka Raca skiing resort located in the Kysucké Beskydy mountains. The total coverage of ski slopes is about 14kms and there are all difficulties making it ideal for skiers of all abilities from absolute beginner right up to the most demanding experts.

Day 3

We will spend half day skiing at Velka Raca and then we will finish our day with a hiking tour to the top of Velka Raca /1236m/ and cross the border to Poland where we will have a nice cup of tea in the small mountain cottage.

Day 4

This day we will visit one of the biggest castles in Slovakia; the famous "Nosferatu" Orava Castle. It stands on a high rock and was built after the Tartar invasion of 1241. After the tour of the castle, we will visit the traditional “Skanzen” museum in Orava Village. This open-air museum of folk architecture exhibits intact rural houses brought from all around the region of Orava.

Day 5

This day we will go snowshoeing to Janosik Gorge near Terchova village, where you will able to see more than twenty frozen waterfalls and many interesting rock formations which provide a unique enviroment for several animal species and plants. This is a unique experience which you will only get once a lifetime.

Day 6

We will spend our last day skiing at Velka Raca and later in the afternoon we will move just accros the border to Poland, where we will visit the world-class aquatic centre in Hotel Golebiewski with many spas, saunas, water slides and swimming pools.

Day 7

After our final breakfast, we will transfer to Bratislava for last minute shopping & spending time in the beautiful city centre of Bratislava/ Vienna until your departure transfer to the airport (if applicable).
