The Summer Palace is situated in the northwest suburb of Beijing ,covers an area of over 290 hectares ,it was a temporary palace for emperors ,it was first built in the Jin dynasty,more than 900 years old,which is the best preserved,largest and most beautiful imperial gardens in China.

There are thousands of relics in collections in Summer Palace,making it second only to the Forbidden City.
