Itinerary

• The guide will pick you up from the hotel for the one day tour.
• Head for the Mutianyu which is a section of the Great Wall of China, located in Huairou County, 73km (45.4 miles) from Beijing proper. It is a superb location to appreciate the grandness of the Great Wall as well as to avoid the crowds at Badaling. Rimmed by mountains, it is filled with beautiful flowers in spring; abundantly verdant in summer; charming with red-leafed maple trees in autumn and enchanting covered in pure white snow in winter. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs.
• Note:Here you have the option of taking the Cable car or slideway up and down in a few minutes instead of climbing more than 1,400 steps, while you can also have a bird view of the wall
• On the way to back to Beijing city, we will drive passby the Olympic Square. You can take some pictures with the famous stadiums Bird's Nest and Water Cube from outside. 
• Then, visit the Summer Palace, which is known as the largest and best-preserved imperial garden in China. As its name implies, the Summer Palace was used as a summer residence by China's imperial rulers.The Summer Palace is virtually a museum of traditional Chinese garden arts that blends rocks, trees, pavilions, lakes, ponds, paths and other features to create a poetic effect between different scenes.
• Transfer back to the hotel after the trip.
