I don’t know if it’s the best lamb curry in Beijing but it’s my favorite.  I eat at Ganges often and the lamb vindaloo is as spicy and flavorful as any I’ve tried in the past.  Service is quite nice and responsive and the interior is thoughtfully designed and comfortable.
