Tour Description
In the morning, at 8:00am, my driver and I will pick you up from the hotel and drive you to the Panda Base to see cute pandas. The Giant Panda has its habitat exclusively in China. It is known worldwide as a rare treasure, a symbol of auspiciousness and friendship and a messenger of peace. Chengdu Panda Base has not only dedicated itself to giant panda conservation, but has also made great efforts to combine natural scenery and man-made landscapes to create wonderful and humane living areas for giant pandas, red pandas, and other Chinese endangered animals. Usually you spend 3 hours in the base. After finishing in Panda Base, we will take you to Wuhou Temple. You can enjoy various snacks on Jinli street for lunch. After lunch you will go to visit Wuhou Shrine, which is a memorial temple for Zhugeliang who was a famous and great prime minister in the three kingdoms period. And in the evening, you can choose to watch Sichun Opera, which is performed in a tea house. You can drink the Chinese tea while enjoy the splendid traditional performance. One of the highlights is face changing, the unique skills in the opera which may bring your exclamation of surprise. It can only be booked in advance to keep the seats for you.
