Tips for Synotrip Tour Guides

As a personal tour guide for more than 1.5 years through Synotrip, I have some tips to share with other tour guides. Any comments for my following tips will be appreciated.

1: Be smart

Try to understand clients’ hobbits from their words, behaviors. Body language and confirm with clients about itinerary before tour them, so that clients won’t think you are wasting their time if they do not like the place where you show them.

2: Be flexible

Clients are also human being, so they could have any kinds of request at any time during the tour, so clients will be appreciated for your flexibility.

3:Be honest

Be honest with clients will be always good for the tour. Just remember the old saying: Fire can not e wrapped up in paper.

4:Be kind

Even though clients are tour guides’ clients, but also could be kind of friends in some way, So be kind with them, you will also get kindness back.

5:Be generous

Be generous with your clients, they will see it and could be also generous with you.

You will get more clients if you can do as above. I am sure with that.
