Wenhai Lake

This is a lake hidden in the southern part of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Here, one feels very close to the mountain summit. The most beautiful season to visit is summer when the wetland is full of colorful flowers. There are two Naxi villages around the lake and one primary school for Naxi and Yi (minority groups) children who come from all around the mountain to attend.
