Xishaungbanna wild elephant sanctuary

Wild elephant sunctury was built in 1990, opened to public in 1996. it is located in a valley with river and dence juncles,  wild elephant valley located in the suntuary at  the junction of west part and east part, its a natural corridor of wild animals.  hence, it became one of the elephant watching spots. 

travellers can enjoy subtropical scenery and watch wild asian elephant, the sunctury is also home of green peacok, buffalo and macaque.
