Manting Imperial Garden

2km south east of Jinghong downtown, with a history of 1300 years, Manting imperial garden is the oldest garden around Xishuangbannan !

It was a royal garden in the ancient time,  according to the legend,  when the queen of Dai Kingdom walked into this beautiful garden, her soul enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere , so local people call the garden as "Garden of soul " . 

The garden is a mixture of a natural river, ancient Buddhist temples and Botanical garden.   there are many Dai sytle restaurants near the park,   its a Must see place around Xishaungbanna!
