About this place
Shuiguan Great Wall is the eastern part of Badaling Great Wall. This section of great wall is built at the entrance of dangerous valley. The Great Wall is in the shape of "V" from the arrow tower of shuimen. It goes with the mountain situation. Like a dragon flying like a Kunpeng, the arrow tower is the enemy building and has the function of water gate. This kind of construction method is very rare in the Great Wall along the line, so it is named Shuiguan Great Wall.
