Halvan Village

Halvan is a small village in Central Desert of Iran, near Tabas. By visiting this village, you can visit some old clay houses and an old castle, visit some palm, pistachio and other trees in gardens around the village, stay in Setare-Kavir-Halvan ecolodge, enjoy local food and watch or try making local bread in clay ovens named “Tanour”. And for the best part of the journey, you can enjoy visiting sand dunes of Halvan Desert. You can have a walk or a desert safari for a distance.
