After the booking has been made, we will contact you in 24 hours to instruct you pick up details to ensure hassle free and worry free smooth pick up 

One day before your arrival , our office customer care staff will reconfirm and remind you the pick up information. 

Once your flight lands in Shanghai , our courteous driver will be greeting you by a sign with your name on it . You will have both our office phone and our driver,s phone to reach us. We will call you or text you to check is everything fine if we don,t see you one hour after your flights land, in case you might need some assistant , we are happy to do whatever we can.
