Foshan Shunde Bijiang Golden House

Foshan Shunde Bijiang Golden House is located in Bijiang, Shunde District, Foshan City. It is a building in the Ming and Qing Dynasties and has a history of several hundred years. The Jinlou Ancient Building Group consists of a number of buildings including the Mulou, the staff side, the Jinlou, the Nanshan Temple, the Longmen Gate, the Yiyu Will, the Mutang Temple, the Brick Carvings, and the Sanxing Mansion. It concentrates on the functions of the house, the ancestral hall, the study, the garden, etc., and retains the ancient buildings of the Lingnan characteristics such as the dry base, the clamshell wall, the water-milled brick, and the “gear gable”.
