Baotu Spring in Jinan

Baotu Spring is a famous tourist attraction inside the city of Jinan and I came across it unexpectedly when we were seeking auto parts for the Australian markets. Thanks to the high ground water level, the spring should shoot up several feet and becomes a spectacle. However, since 2000, the excavation of ground water has exhausted the spring, which now needs human interference to shoot, and I did not see any the spectacle.
