I am a huge fan of food, I like duck meat.
Pressed Salted Duck，so so.
I think i like Nanjing salted duck more than Pressed Salted Duck in Chongqing. Wont be too salty, wont be too dry, also way`s have the fresh one than the one you bought in bag, that kind of duck not so good.
