Tour Overview:

Day 1:Lhasa. Nightstay in Lhasa.

Arrive and first meet in Lhasa, receive the Hada for good luck. Then set out for this Holy City with the altitude of 3658ms. Do some easy activities for acclimatization in the rest of the day.

Day 2:Potala Palace-- Jokhang Temple--Barkhor Street.Nightstay in Lhasa.

Morning, Pay a visit to the Symbol of Lhasa--Potala Palace,which is the most sacred ancient architectural complex in Tibet. It was the residence of the Tibetan Dalai Lamas, as well as the political, educational and religious center of Tibet. Afternoon,Drive to Jokhang Temple for a tour in the spiritual center of Tibet,appreciated the profound and delicate history and culture of mysterious Tibet.Then take a walk at Barkhor Street around Jokhang Monastery, experience the traditional culture and daily life of Tibetan.

Day 3:Lhasa--Lake Namtso--Lhasa.Nightstay in Lhasa.

Morning,set out for the Lake Namtso(1900 square kilometers with an altitude of 4718 meters), 250 kilometers away from Lhasa. It is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet and a famous holy place of Tibetain Buddhism. Afternoon, Long drive back to Lhasa for overnight.

Day 4:Lhasa --Nanyi Valley--Nyingchi.

Morning, Leave for Nyingchi via Mira Mountain Pass with an altitude of 5013m along national road No.318. Enjoy some famous attractions on the way to Bayi Town, the location of the administrative office of Nyingchi, including the source of Nyang River, Mainstay (a famous scenic spot in middle reaches of Nyang River which was highly respected and worshiped by local people) and Taizhao Ancient City. then head to Nanyi Valley which is regarded as the Medicine King Valley of Tibet, the mysterious cradle of Tibetan medicine, After the tour, go back to Bayi Town.

Day 5:Nyingchi--Old Cypress Tree--Kaddingo Waterfall--Lhasa.

Morning, Short drive eastward along national road No.318,then arrive at the Giant Cypress Forest where can admire the old cypress tree which was said to be planted by the founder of Bon with a history of 2600 years. After that, back to Bayi Town  on the same way to enjoy the charming landscape of Nyang River, visit Kaddingo Scenic Spot to enjoy the mysterious waterfall,then take a rest in the Tibetan style village and enjoy the charm of the ancient drawbridge.

Day 6:Leave Lhasa

Departure in Lhasa by train or plane, Happy Ending.
