Tour Overview

Day1 Chengdu--Ya’an--Luding--Kangding--Xinduqiao. Nightstay in Xinduqiao or Kangding

Meet in morning, drive on high way to Ya’an, then go along Qingyi River and through Erlang Tunnel--the longest in China, stop at Kangding for food and water supply, then rent a van to cross Zheduo Mount(4298m) for Xinduqiao which’s highly spoken to be the paradise for photographer.

(Notice:we may go in a different route: Chengdu--Ya’an--Shimian--Luding--Kangding--Xinduqiao. It depends on the weather and size of the group. When in Xinduqiao, we will arrange 2-3 hours for you to take photos. May be in dusk or early morning, the guide will take you to the best spot.)

Day2 Xinduqiao--Jiagenb--Haya Mount Pass--Yulongxi--Shangmuju Village--Zimei Mount pass (Or: Xingduqiao--jiagenba--Sha de--shangmuju--Zimei pass). Nightstay in tent

Morning, leave Xinduqiao for Jiagenba, then cross the pass of Yaha Mount where is the best platform to see Konka Snow Mount(7556m), stay for a while at the pass, then go down to Yulongxi village, and visit Quhuatan Colorful Pool. Arrive at Shangmuju Village in the afternoon, then hire a van to Zimei Mount Pass. Set up tents there and wait for the amazing sunset view of Golden Summit from Konka Snow Mount.

(Notice: Concerning safety, if the weather is not allowed, we go down to nightstay in a village. Moreover, There will be no restaurant all the way, we have to prepare enough food. At the place we camp, it will be short of drinking water. We have to hire a tractor to carry some water from Shangmuju village to Zimei Mount Pass, so we make sure no waste in drinking water 

Day3 Zimei Pass--11kms(Hike)--Shangzimei Village--7kms(Hike)--Konka Temple. Nightstay in Konka Temple.

Get up in time to meet the amazing scene of Gongga Sunrise. After 10:00, Usually it would be covered by clouds. then hike down to Shangmeizi village for water and food refill. Afternoon, go on hiking to Gongga Temple, a nice platform to view Gongga Snow Mount in different angle.

(Notice: The accommodation in Gongga Temple is very limited: no hot water, no electricity,no clean blank. Nightstay in Shangzimei Village could be another option.)

Day4 Konka Temple--4kms(Hike)--Xiazimei Village--11kms(Hike)--Bawang Sea--Caoke(--Shimian). Nightstay in Caoke or Shimian

Morning, After packing and breakfast, hike down from Konka Temple to Xiazimei Village, then continue to Bawan Sea, Photograph at Bawan Sea for some time, then reach the exit to the nice-conditioned road and meet our van there. Enjoy the hot spring in Caoke.

(Notice: The capacity in Caoke is only 80 people for maximum. If travel in hot season of tourism, we probably will stay in Shimian--1 more hour drive from Caoke, and the accommodation and food is better)

Day5 Caoke--Shimian--Ya’an--Shangli Ancient Town--Chengdu. Nightstay in Chengdu

Morning, drive from Caoke to Shimian, then take the high way to Ya'an, pay a visit to Shangli Ancient town on the way, In the afternoon, drive back to chengdu for nightstay.

Day6 Chengdu one day easy tour.

Visit old streets in Chengdu, or go to Luodai or other old towns nearby, try the famous Sichuan cuisine, date with cute pandas. Happy ending.

Accommodation.3 stars in Chengdu. Basic Accommodation outside of Chengdu.

Transportation: What's kind of transportation we use depends on the No.of travelers.The case usually goes like below:

1-2 : Public Bus.

3-7 :Private Van of 7-9 seats ( or Public bu and Partial Private Van Combined)

8+: Private bus.
