Kunming Municipal Museum

As the Yunnan Provincial Museum moving to suburb Kunming, Kunming Municipal Musem become the first choice for those who want to get an insight of Yunnan. The museum incorporates several distinct exhibitions of Kunming, including the Flying Tiger AVG Exhibition, the old pictures of Kunming, the porcelains and pottery items unearthed in Yunnan and most importantly, the Dhvaja (Buddhist Stone Pillar) built in Dali Kingdom, which is regarded as the treasure of the museum.
