Today Bucharest is a modern bustling city that managed to somehow mix and harmonize all these eclectic influences into a personal unforgettable charm. Witness firsthand this amazing mix of influences from the megalomaniac Ceausescu's Palace to classy Belle Époque palaces of former aristocrats.

10.00 - 13.00 - walk through the city and see the architectural highlights of the capital of Romania (National Theatre, University Square, Romanian Atheneum, Revolution Square, Romanian Savings Bank, History Museum, old historical center of Bucharest).  Opportunities for lunch (famous historical restaurants can be recommended if requested or fast to-go lunch opportunities available). Coffee and refreshment facilities. Stavropoleos Church, old courtly residence of Vlad the Impaler and Curtea Domneasca Church can be visited on site. Souvenirs available.

We also see the famous Constitution Square and Ceausescu's Palace, the second largest building in the world, and visit the Romanian Metropolitan Church, a 17th century Orthodox church, home of the Romanian Patriarch.
