1 . Date and  Schedule for Daily Standard Course: Initiation  class for tourists:

Morning (from 08:30 to 12:30 included market visit or 09:30 to 12:30 without market )

Afternoon (from 15:00 to 18:00) 

Monday to Friday morning : the class can be organized for 01 person.

Afternoon class: at least 2 persons for a class

morning : at least 2 persons for a class.

Afternoon class: at least 4 persons for a class

Sunday: reserved only for group of up to 4 persons.

(NB : It is possible to join and existing group, please check with us the availability )

Market visit with Chef:

You could see the live activities of the traditional market in Vietnam (Ben Thanh Market in HCM city),  You will also learn how to recognize the numerous herbs and the different Vietnamese vegetables.

Menus :

Standard Traditional Vietnamese menu with 4 - 5 dishes each class; different choice every day.
