Amphu Lapcha pass is an adventurous trek which you may need some climbing knowledge, good physical fitness etc. This is another beautiful trekking trail in Everest region. The beautiful view of some amazing breathtaking views in this trek is very interesting and enjoyment for mountain lovers. The trek Via Mera -la and cross the pass of Amphu lapcha through Seto Pokhari and arrived in Everest region Chukkung behind island peak and in front of ama Dablam is truly adventurous and unforgettable experience in lifetime. Beautiful mountain such as Makalu, Ama dablam,Island Peak, Mera peak, Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptsche and many more mountains are the attraction of this trek. Amphu Laptsa Pass called mingbo la pass in Sherpa Language.

Day 1: Arrival in kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel (1350m).

Day 2: Rest and prepare day for assignment.

Day 3: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m.)This takes about 35minutes and then Trek to Chutanga (3050m.) it takes about four hours.

Day 4: Trek from Chutanga to Khartitang(3900m) via Zatrawala Pass (4610m.) It takes about six hours.

Day 5: Trek from Khartitang to Kothe (4095m.) which takes about four hours.

Day 6: Trek from Kothe to Tangnang (4356m.) (Sabal Tsho-Lake) following Hinku Valley (4600m.).

Day 7: Rest day at Thangnang for acclimatization.This will be a rest day to let your bodies recover from the past days of hiking. You will relax and soak up the beautiful views of peaks and glaciers surrounding the head of the Hinku Valley and you may visit Sabal Tsho Lake.

Day 8: Trek from Tangnang to Khare(5045m)which takes about five hours.

Day 9: Rest day at Khare. This is an acclimatization day.

Day 10: Trek from Khare to Mera La (Pass) (5350m.) which takes about six hours and you camp here.

Day 11: Trek from Mera la to Kongmanima (5220m) which takes about five hours walk and you camp here.

Day 12: Trek from Kongmanima to Seto Pokhari (4500m) which takes four and half hours and you may camp here.

Day 13: Trek from Seto Pokhari to Amphulaptcha high camp (5500m) which takes about three hour walk and you may camp here.

Day 14: Trek from Amphulaptcha High camp to Chukkung(4800m) via Amphulaptsa pass(5800m) this takes about six hours walk and you may stay here.

Day 15: Trek from Chhukung to Pangboche (3985m) which takes about five hours walk.

Day 16: Trek from Pangboche to Khumjung (3790m.) and it takes about six hours.

Day 17: Trek Khumjung to Monjo, which takes about five hours. All the way, you walk downwards. En route, you pass Namche Bazaar. Stay overnight at lodge in Monjo.

Day 18: Trek from Monjo to Lukla (2800m) and it takes about 3 hours. This last evening in the mountains is the ideal opportunity for a farewell party with our staff.

Day 19: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu, which takes about 35 minutes.

Day 20: Full Day sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley (DurbarSquare, Swoyambhunath, Boudhanath & Pashupatinath) and Nepalese cultural program with farewell dinner in the evening.
