Day 1 AIRPORT/COLOMBO

If you have only few days & would like to see the Mountains & the central part of the Country this will the ideal tour. Arrival & welcome at the Sri Lanka airport transfer to hotel in Colombo. Free relax at hotel PM Colombo city tour. Visit the fascinating city of Colombo which links the past with the present. You will visit the fort area, the commercial center, Pettah Colombo's bustling bazaar area, cinnamon gardens, which is full of large residences, Buddhist temples, Hindu temples & mosques. Kelaniya Temple Shopping at Odel & Lakmedura Return to the hotel for Overnight stay.

Day 2COLOMBO / KITHULGALA / NUWARAELIYA

A.M. - Breakfast and leave to Nuwaraeliya the center of hill country en route stop at Kitulgala Bride, the film Location of World War II movie "Bridge on the River Kwai", This river is now more popular among water sportsman for Rafting. Proceed via misty mountain routes and view waterfalls and landscape with tea plantation and other vegetation. Afternoon walk in the City of Nuwaraeliya, this is called "Little England" due to English architect of the building, names of buildings, shops, roads and cool climate reminds of being in a Town in England Evening Arrive at hotel for overnight.

Day 3NUWARAELIYA / PERADENIYA / KANDY

A.M. - After breakfast, leave to Kandy en-route visit to a tea plantation and witness the manufacture of the world famous '' Ceylon tea ''. Visit the royal botanical gardens of Peradeniya, which is well known for it's large number and verity of plants, Ornamental, decorative, useful & medicinal. More than 4000 species include indigenous and introduced plants. This garden is best known for its collection of orchids the largest in Asia. Evening arrive at the hotel in Kandy, The center of the traditional arts in Sri Lanka. Visit the temple of the sacred tooth relic of Buddha.

Day 4KANDY / MATALE / SIGIRIYA / DAMBULLA / KANDY

A.M. - breakfast at hotel and leave to Sigiriya en-route visit to a Spice Garden and a batik factory in Matale Climb the rock of Sigiriya built by the patricide king Kashyapa in the 5th century A.D. Today it is a treasure trove of rare art, a pocket of the giant rock are the famous frescoes of the 'Heavenly Maidens of Sigiriya' Return to Kandy en route visit the rock cave temple of Dambulla. Some of the frescoes in these caves are over 2000 years old. There is also a colossal figure of the recumbent Buddha 14 meters long carved out of rock. Evening visit the city of Kandy The most famous landmark of Kandy is its lake.

Late in the evening view the Kandyan cultural performance return to the hotel for overnight at hotel.

Day 5KANDY / PINNAWELA / AIRPORT or COLOMBO

After breakfast, proceed to visit the Elephant orphanage at Pinnawela. This orphanage was established to feed nurse & house young elephants found abandoned by their mothers. Often the young ones fall into pits and ravines in their request for water during drought period. Afternoon continuation to the Airport for Departure flight check in by 17h00 or Return to Colombo for Extension Stay at selected hotel for own program by 18h00 drop at Colombo or Airport.
