The Steps For Making Kung Fu Tea

1.Smell----Smell the tea-leaf with a deep breath.A good tea-leaf should have a strong fragrance but no lingering odor.

2.Tea pot warming----Fill the empty tea pot with boiled water, then pour the water out into tea-washing tray.

3.Fill with tea-leaves----Use a tea spoon to fill the teapot two thirds full with leaves.

4.Tea warming----Fill the pot to the brim with boiled water, shave the tea bubble with a bamboo stick then decant the tea into each cup for cup-warming.

5.Making tea----Fill with hot water, not boiled water.

6.Watering teapot----Cover the tea pot then pour boiled water over it to make the same temperature both inside and out.

7.Tea cup warming----Wash the cups with the tea-warming water.

8.Wrist rotation----Lift up the tea pot for decanting tea, and move it in several circles at the edge of the container in order to make sure the water from the bottom of teapot will not drop into the cups.

9.Pouring tea----Decant the tea into each cup using several rotations of the wrist.

10.Tea respect----Pass the first cup of tea to the most respectful person, a sign of good traditional Chinese morality.

11.Tea tasting----Smell, sip and drink.
