Have someone at the door of the restaurant, with free tea, manicure, shoeshine service, people fully aware of the sense of God.

I went to a Haidilao in Nanjing. It was really clean and comfortable compared to most hot pot restaurants in China. It's also considerably more expensive though too.
I'll go back there for sure though. Overall, it's great.
The place was huge too...I bet it could seat 500 people no problem.
